Concierge Counseling

For some, privacy concerns can get in the way of accessing adequate care. Traditional treatment often requires the disclosure of your status as a person with a substance use disorder to your insurance company and your employer. Privacy may also be a barrier to accessing peer support groups like Alcoholics Anonymous. Kind Recovery offers concierge counseling to these individuals in packages of 10 and 15 hours per month of direct, on-call care.

Benefits of Concierge Care

  • Absolute privacy

    • No threat of a substance use diagnosis in your medical record, which may affect your ability to purchase life and disability insurance.

    • No disclosure to your employer or business partners

  • On-call access to a licensed clinician specializing in treating substance use disorders

    • Access your counselor for scheduled individual counseling after hours and have the ability to call your counselor in moments of distress including craving.

  • Personalized attention and support

    • This level of personalized care allows your counselor to tailor a treatment approach that fits your unique biological, psychological, social, and spiritual needs.

  • Includes family support services

    • Effective treatment includes partnering with your family or supports to educate them on how to help you and problem solve difficulties as they arise.
