Our 90-day level 1.0 Outpatient Program (OP) and Outpatient with Medication Assisted Treatment Program are specifically priced to equal the average insurance deductible while providing affordable care to the uninsured. Individual Counseling
Individual counseling is offered using a sliding scale, taking into consideration your ability to pay based on gross household income. We work with you to assure treatment is accessible. The rate does not increase for EMDR, family, or couples sessions. To receive a quote or schedule an individual session, please call or email. Once you are an established client, you will be able to schedule sessions online at your convenience.
ASAM Assessment and Referral
Our 90-minute assessment using the American Society of Addiction Medicine’s (ASAM) treatment-placement tool is $150.00. The session includes a referral to a local treatment provider that meets your unique needs. Our assessment is:

Insurance?
We are a private pay practice meaning we are out of network with all insurers. We offer competitive, sliding-scale rates based on income. We also provide monthly super bills for clients who wish to seek reimbursement from their insurer. We do not work with managed care for the following reasons:
At our client’s typical level of severity, managed care almost never approves 90 days of treatment. This is true despite the fact that 90 days has proven to be the minimum requirement for treatment efficacy.
Any documented health treatment filed through your insurance is required to be recorded on your permanent medical record. Any details and private information that your therapist has, your insurance company would have. Treatment via insurance also requires a diagnosis, and a diagnosis of a mental health or substance use disorder may prevent you from accessing future services such as life insurance.
Other Services
Recovery Reboot: 2 weeks of treatment (6 groups and 2 individual sessions) to address lapse/relapse for current clients ($750 - discounted to $400 if purchased up front)
Additional Urine Drug Screening: $20/screen
Aftercare: Weekly group therapy to assist in maintaining recovery ($45/session)
