Recovery/Life Balance

We offer a level 1.0 Outpatient Program, which is a level of care in between individual counseling and intensive outpatient programs. Our goal is to assure that treatment is as convenient as possible. Unlike other programs that require you to attend treatment all day, we offer a hybrid approach. Clients access therapy in-person and receive education online.

Kind Recovery is a minority-owned business located in the heart of Athens, Ga. The owner, Charlie Shockley, LCSW, is a native Athenian, graduate of the University of Georgia, and dedicated to building supportive, local, recovery communities.
